He is everywhere. God takes on many human qualities, such as anger and love but according to the Quran he is everything we are not. God adapts his ways for us to easily understand him. We are meek and would never be able to realize or appreciate his greatness if he was sh own to us in his true form. God owes nothing to us and we owe everything to him. That is a main point of the Quran, the Torah, and even the Bible.
